Our manufacturing facilities, located 5 km. from Rajsamand (Rajasthan) at RIICO, and spread across an area of 1500 sq.m. We have the most sophisticated and latest machinery (Automatic Cold Press, Vacuum Sintering Machine etc.) to produce Quality Materials in Different Sizes and applications.

We have Eight Sintering Machines, Four Volumetric Cold pressing Machines, Five Surface Grinders, Eight Manual Grinder, Two Powder granulating Machines, one Plastic Injection Moulding Machine, Two Sand Blast Machine, Turbula Mixers and in-house tool room catering to our captive requirement of moulds.

A sound R&D set-up analyzing field reports about product performance helps us evolve optimum bonds for various stones. It enables us to have continuous and consistent supply of best quality product all the time and to achieve zero rejections.

In case of power failure, to ensure continuous production generator has also been installed at the factory premises
